Hilton Bayfront San Diego
I recently stayed at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel in San Diego, and it was an experience that combined luxury with convenience. Here's a rundown of all the details that made my stay memorable. Whether you enjoy just resting in your hotel room or getting out and exploring, it is centrally located, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Located right on the waterfront, the hotel provides stunning bay views and easy access to many of San Diego's key attractions.
Parking Situation
Parking Options: The Hilton Bayfront offers valet and self-parking options. Valet parking is convenient but comes at a premium price, typical for downtown hotels. Self-parking is available at a slightly lower rate, but spaces can fill up quickly, especially during events.
Alternative Parking: Several parking garages and lots are nearby, including public parking at the San Diego Convention Center, which can be a more affordable option if you stay downtown longer.
Alternative Option: If you’re not leaving the hotel area, keep your car parked at the hotel and walk around. You’ll quickly find restaurants, bars, and entertainment. I didn’t know a Padres game was happening the same weekend, and you’ll be circling the streets for at least an hour. Most parking lots will have a flat rate of $90, even if you don’t attend the game.
