My Visit to Seoul Pho and Hyunghoon Tendon
The restaurant is located inside of the California Market upstairs in the food court area.
The staff is pretty friendly and we're very helpful with recommendations. I started off with the Pho it was so delicious and had a huge chunk of beef rib and slices ofbrisket inside gosh it was so juicy I'm still craving more!
Also tried the Jumbo Shrimp Nasi Goreng wow this fried rice was so good and pretty filling it included a generous size of shrimp and topped with an egg.
Right next to Seoul Pho is the sister restaurant
My friend Evi and I both tried the
Tempura Tendon rice bowl. This was so much more filling than meets the eye. It was a nice balance of crispy yet soft and the rice was a bit sweet as well which I really enjoyed.
It was my first time trying the Yuzu Tomato which was pretty sweet and delicious.
While I took a bite of my friend's food I took mine to go and I ate later that evening the food was just as great! Will be back to this new Gem in koreatown.
